VISUAL CARD is the ID card production software that, together with your PVC
printer, will allow you fast and easy, colour or monochrome ID CARD production.
The system has a long life expectancy as it can accommodate barcode,
magnetic-stripe and proximity card technology.
Visual Card can also be integrated with ACCESS CONTROL, VISUAL TIME, VISUAL CONVERT and IDME products while all CARD ACCESSORIES are supplied.
VISUAL CARD consists of a database management tool that allows staff data to
be stored in a secure data base table structure. Photos are captured against
each record to be printed on the ID card. This is then stored on the PC for
later use when re-printing card. Images are stored in .jpeg format outside the
database and are only 15 KB in size. Multiple card designs can also be stored
for a specific project. Being Windows based it can be installed on a PC with
other Windows applications and can print to any installed Windows printer.
Multi-card layouts printed to standard laser printers is also possible.

PVC PRINTERS
We supply, service and support a range of PVC card printers including the
FARGO, ZEBRA and EVOLIS range. All printer accessories and printer consumables
are stocked for these PVC printers.
ACCREDITATION
 This is a process employed to verify authority of persons attending a
specific symposium, conference or session. Delegates pre-register and on arrival
are issued a PVC card with photograph against their listing in the provided data
base. The ACCREDITTED DELEGATES can now proceed to areas as authorised by their
card. This card can be combined with an Access control system and/or POS system
that will create a report on movements of Delegate as to which sessions were
attended while the POS can be utilised for meals or the cafeteria.
This is ideal for high level, high security or preference functions that are
open only to a specific group.
BUREAU SERVICE
For Clients with specific needs, it may make financial sense to do bulk printing
of cards or for that matter, costs will not justify an own ID CARD system.
IBO-DATA can offer a solution to this requirement. We do bulk printing and
personalisation as would be used for Medical Aids and Membership schemes and for
our Clients with smaller print runs it is a simple process of emailing us the
photos and information in spreadsheet and the cards will be ready within 3 days.
