IDME, is a fully fledged DATA MANAGEMENT software package, with server and web
capabilities, that provides an IDENTITY VERIFICATION solution. IDME software,
used together with a Biometric (finger) scanner and Webcam, is specifically
designed to answer South Africa’s need to establish the TRUE IDENTITY of
individuals. IDME can be applied in numerous ways where the ability to certify
identity is a contributing factor of securing a service. As an example;

- Individual Vendor who has software can capture all personnel details
including photo and fingerprints.

identity, criminal record, etc.

- Risk of employing illegal immigrants or similar is avoided.

METHOD OF USE - Corporate vendor
- Corporate Vendor, such as Security Company, can apply software in similar
manner.
- Added benefit of being able to link via Web Server on national basis.
- This information can be verified with authorities such as SAPS to confirm
identity, criminal record, etc.
- Should incident occur, information is immediately available to SAPS or
Emergency services.
- Can be linked to national identity verification service.
- Service being set-up to provide this vetting on a national basis for
smaller Operators; will include Membership fee and card.

METHOD OF USE - Educational institutions
- All students can be entered on enrolment.
- Prior to exam date information can be verified.
- On day of exam, as student enters examination hall, information is
verified and they are then allowed to sit and complete exam.
- Removes onus from Examination Officials to:
- Verify identity by means of identity document which can be forged.
- Verify whether the student has the required authority to write exam.

officials to ensure correct person is brought from detention to make court appearance.
- Provide printed page details with photo to Court officials.
- Provide these details to fellow prosecutor possibly working in same area to
verify that offender not sought in other cases.
