IBO-DATA invites you to simplify the process of producing PHOTO ID CARDS for your company, club or institute in 3 easy steps:

1. Test your choices online by uploading trial information and pictures into the templates provided below.
2. Once satisfied, email the following information;

1. Template Number chosen
2. Photograph clearly marked so that it can be linked to a specific record (Id number/employee number)
3. Your Company, club or Institute Logo
4. Excell spreadsheet with information in individual columns:
   Template 1:
   - First Name / Last Name / ID Number / Tel & Fax no / Email address / Expiry date
   Template 2:
   - First Name / Last Name / ID Number / Tel & Fax no / Email address / Expiry date
   Template 3:
   - First Name / Last Name / ID Number / Tel & Fax no / Email address / Expiry date
   Template 4:
   - First Name / Last Name / Membership Number / Start Date / Expiry Date
   Template 5:
   - Quantity required
    
5.  Full CONTACT PERSON and INVOICE details.

3. All you then need to do is await confirmation of receipt of order, where after a quote will be issued.
4. After acceptance of the quote, your invoice will serve as notice that production is complete.
5. On proof of payment cards can then be collected.
